Payment & Delivery

Payment

Payment is made 100% prepayment by IBAN. After payment confirmation, we begin manufacturing your lamp.

Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer to IBAN: payment is made through bank transfer to the details specified in the order confirmation
  • Online payments: for Ukrainian clients, payments through payment systems are available (if available)

Currency:

  • For orders from Ukraine - UAH (hryvnia)
  • For orders from European countries - EUR (euro)

Payment processing terms:

After receiving payment, we confirm the order and begin manufacturing the product. Confirmation is sent to the email specified during checkout.

Payment security:

All payments are processed through secure payment systems. We do not store your bank card data.

Delivery

Each of our products is securely packaged to arrive to you in perfect condition.

Delivery in Ukraine:

  • Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta
  • Delivery cost is paid by the customer
  • Delivery terms: 1-3 business days (after product manufacturing)
  • Order tracking is available through the tracking number on the Nova Poshta website

International delivery:

  • Shipment is agreed individually with each customer
  • Delivery is carried out by a local carrier (depending on the country)
  • Delivery cost is paid by the recipient
  • Delivery terms depend on the chosen carrier and destination country

International orders:

For orders from European countries, customs duties and VAT may apply according to the recipient's country legislation. All additional costs are paid by the recipient.

Order tracking:

After shipping the order, you will receive a tracking number to the email specified during checkout. You can track the delivery status on the carrier's website.

Production Terms

Standard products (products available on the website): production time is up to 4 weeks from the moment of payment confirmation.

Individual orders: production terms are agreed with the customer upon order confirmation and may vary depending on the complexity of the product.

We notify you of order readiness to the email specified during checkout.

Receiving the Order

When receiving the order, check:

  • Packaging integrity
  • Product matches the order
  • No damage

If damage or discrepancy is found, immediately notify us and the delivery service. Take photos of the damage for further consideration.
